Challenge

Builders and agencies maintain hundreds of apartments and building components, each with documents that expire, renew, or change status. Tracking them manually meant missed renewals, compliance risk, and no single source of truth across portfolios.

An invitation-only onboarding model with configurable rights and portfolios, and a dashboard that surfaces document status in donut charts filterable by building and component.

Developing our solution

Django with Celery and Celery Beat handles background processing and scheduled status checks; an OCR pipeline auto-extracts document data and recognizes addresses from images; dynamic report generation and email notifications keep every status change visible.
